Clear, fair rules regarding payments, approvals, and refunds.

Our leaderboards operate on live, competitive pay-to-rank bids ("Leaps"). Because positions are awarded instantly and publicly upon payment verification, Leaps are generally non-refundable once published. If a listing is rejected during moderation prior to going live, a full refund may be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If a listing is removed due to a breach of prohibited content rules, no refund will be provided. (Template refund policy: review prior to launch).
